2nd Asian High Security Printing Conference
Shanghai, 8-9 Oct., 2003

The 2nd Asian High Security Printing Conference was held in Shanghai, 8-9 Oct., 2003. The theme of the conference is "strengthen international communication, enhance the level of anti-counterfeit". More than 250 senior printing professionals attended the meeting to communicate about latest anti-counterfeit technology.

Mr. Liu Shi'an, CEO of CBPMC, introduced basic information of banknote printing industry in China. He also expressed that CBPMC will actively and sincerely participate in the communication and cooperation in security printing industry, and learn from other companies.

26 pieces of thesis was presented in the conference. Four of them are from CBPMC, those are Security of Banknote and Their Evaluation, Developing Special Equipment for Banknote Printing in China, Research on the Filed of Intaglio, Development of Chinese security ink making. During the conference, some members presented their well-machining products. It showed their strength of advanced technology.

CBPMC headquarter and Shanghai Mint Co., Ltd. attend the conference. Conferees pay a visit to Shanghai Banknote Printing Plant. They admire the great changes of banknote printing industry in China.
